Who will complete a Compact Plan?
The Compact Planning process will promote collegiality by engaging those members of the USF community who will carry out the Plan; will be transparent; will include faculty and key staff; will seek consensus regarding unit goals and priorities; will translate into specific actions; and, will include cost-benefit analysis in terms of resource investment.
- USF system units (President’s Office; Government Relations; University Relations; Intercollegiate Athletics, Office of General Counsel, Diversity and Equal Opportunity; Audit and Compliance)
- Campuses
- Vice Presidential Units (Vice Presidents will determine at what level feeder compacts will be required)
- Academic Affairs (derived from Colleges, Centers, and Academic Support units)
- Health (derived from Colleges, Centers, and Academic Support units)
